Kwanlee - Bills Gotta Be Paid

(In The Words Of Kwanlee) Bills Gotta Be Paid is a new song I did talking about paying bills keeping it real as usual. A lot of us are not at that level where expenses aren't easily taken care of and we do what we have to do to get them paid. And it is not always the easiest thing to do, sometimes coming up short.

Impaq Muziq - Ohh Baby (Beat)

Bronx Producer Impaq Muziq “Your name should be Impact because you say some crazy shi* that has an impact on those around you,” said DJ Static. …Growing up with musical influences in every direction, from his parents and artists such as Pete Rock and CL Smooth or Otis Redding, I.mpaq has created not only a strong musical talent but also a name that speaks in volumes. Using R.I.P (Raw Impaq Productions), which was founded in 1999 and has served as a musical outlet to not only himself but to various artists. Whether making head banging beats, soulful melodies, or lyrics you can feel. Using the world as his muse, I.mpaq uses anything to inspire him; he feels music should reflect life. He tries to make what he creates something that others can relate to on some level. “My music will always capture a part of you and get a reaction, and to be honest even disliking it is a reaction. I still win because my purpose is to make you feel”

(Ohh Baby Beat Info)
This is just a lil something I was working on recently. Although most of the
music I do is original I’m quite fond of soul samples. Inspired by a recent encounter
I had I dug this sample out the archives and went to work. I chopped this one up
into about 16 parts, sped up the tone, turned the mute groups on, and just added
tons of percussion.

Follow The Script - Interview

1. For Those Who May Not Know Already. Who Is Follow The Script? And What Do You Do?
Follow The Script Multimedia is a company formed by Kwasi Fraser aka Steven Spill-Bro. I'm a Director of Photography and video editor. FTSMM produces everything from a full feature films to documentaries. We specialize in special fx's and CGI also. Quality over quantity. Right now we're shooting a lot of music videos for such artist as Willie B.,Industry Ready V, Young Bruno, Johnny "Jaguar" Kash, and others. We also work very closely with music producers, writers, models, etc. We're basically a one stop shop. We can write and produce your song then film the video. One thing I want to get straight is we're not paparazzi. Nothing against those film crews though but we're in a different lane.

2. What Is The Most Important Step In Producing A Good Music Video?
Well with how I approach things the most important step is preparation. Try to be prepared for everything. Try to see all your locations before shooting. This is usually impossible due to the gorilla style of shooting now days but if you can do it. Also with preparation comes investments. You could be a beast behind the camera but if don't have the tools it's all in vein. Knowledge is the key. Some people think just because they got a 7D or some other camera that they could film. Understand what your camera can and can't do. Study your craft.

3. If You Had A Pick At Any 3 Major Artist To Shoot A Music Video For. Who Would You Choose To Shoot?
Not really into alot of major rap artist. But I would love to do a video for Keri Hilson, Neyo, and Erykah Badu

4. When Did You Realize You Wanted To Be A Video Director?
I've produced music for years. I've rapped, performed, etc. About 2 yrs ago I started working with Industry Ready V and produced his whole album/mixtape "Ur All Welcome" with the exception of 1 song. I felt we had some good product but needed visuals. In my search I noticed there wasn't a director doing videos that I liked. I mean ofcourse I like Hype Williams, Mr Boomtown, Picture Perfect and a couple other director's work but those names wasn't in the budget. The other local directors that I knew of at the time really didn't impress me. I mean no one was pushing to do something fresh. I wanted my vids to look like the movies so I said I'm going to buy a camera and the best lenses. Purchased a super computer (some would say) then I lock myself in my basement for about 7 months learning the ins and outs editing and sfx programs. After that "Love The Dough" video came about. We didn't know anything about cameras but we was very knowledgeable in SFx's so we just wanted to show we could blow some shit up.lol. But I became very obsessed with the camera and now I can't put it down. This is now about 1 year later...

5. What Are Some Of Your Future Plans?
To utilize my talent and network in helping artist get exposure threw high quality work.

It started at the age of 9 when Blackout took part in a program called "Enact" which provided acting lessons, and other activities for students. The final project of the class was for the students to perform something of their liking. It was then that Larry and a group of his friends decided to put together a rap performance. Money First - Digital Money Release Info And We Soaring Music Video

Money First Releases "Digital Money" Through New Block Starz Music Distribution Service

New Jersey Rap Group's Debut Album Is First Release Through CD Baby, Tunecore Competitor
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE -- Money First Music Group has released, "Digital Money", the debut album from Trenton, New Jersey rap outfit, Money First. "Digital Money" is the first project to be serviced through Block Starz Digital, www.blockstarzdigital.com, the newly-formed distribution arm of German-American digital imprint Block Starz Music LLC, www.blockstarzmusic.com.
Money First, which consists of members Boom Blake, ILL Kayn, Tranzatick, and JLP, originally appeared on 2009's "East Coast Block Starz" compilation alongside rising underground stars like Wiz Khalifa, Sha Stimuli, and Red Cafe. Money First followed up their national exposure from "East Coast Block Starz" with their first official promotional release, "The Blog Goon Mixtape", whose title referred to the group's aggressive online promotional efforts in "attacking" Hip-Hop blogs.

The first song released from the 13-track
"Digital Money" album, "Nothing Less", produced by Ill Kayn, was made available in April for free download and immediately struck a chord with fans who gravitated to its infectious "Gucci Louie" hook. Money First has now released the first official single and video from "Digital Money", the pop-tinged aspirational track entitled “We Soaring”.
Created as an alternative to CD Baby and Tunecore, Block Starz Digital offers promotional services from the self-described "world's most talked about independent digital label" in addition to placement on e-stores like iTunes, Amazon, and Rhapsody. "Digital Money" will be part of a soft launch for the service which is scheduled to officially launch in December 2011 with a new e-commerce website.
"Our company's ongoing mission is to provide a true link to the marketplace for independent artists at various stages of career development," says Block Starz vice-president of A&R Jonathan Hertz. "We believe Block Starz Digital is a unique service that will greatly assist business-minded artists, like Money First, affordably self-market and promote their music online."
"Digital Money" by Money First is available on iTunes.
